Canceling or Changing Your Order:

Orders are processed as they are received and we try to ship orders as soon as possible. We are open: M-F 10:00 am to 3:00 pm CST and we are closed holidays and weekends. If your order was recently submitted it may not be possible for one of our customer service representatives to catch your order before it is filled so that we can modify or cancel it. Please telephone us at 281-580-1300, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Shipping Policy:

We try to ship orders within 36 hours Monday thru Friday. After Thanksgiving the shipping time may increase. Our standard method of shipping orders is via UPS. You can track your orders progress by clicking on the "TRACK YOUR ORDER" logo on any page. The actual shipping cost may vary from the price listed by the shopping cart. There may be an increase or decrease in the shipping cost that will be adjusted when the actual shipping cost is determined. 

Most large outdoor display decorations may be shipped from the manufacturer via their shipping method. Please allow additional time for delivery of these orders.

All air expedited and/or wholesale merchandise orders will be charged the actual shipping and handling rate. We will deduct the shipping charge amount on your invoice and you will only be charged for the merchandise shipped. Shipping/Handling is only charged on items actually shipped. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Drop Shipped Items:

Please order drop shipped items as early as possible for a better selection and prompt shipping. Dropped shipped items are shipped directly from the distribution center to lower the shipping cost to you. The order processing time cannot be expedited. Please no phone calls or e-mails about your tree delivery unless the estimated shipping date we emailed you is 5 or more days overdue. Your order will only be delayed further if we have to pull your order out of the processing list.

Large Outdoor Decorations;
Some items we sell are too large to ship via UPS. These items will be shipped via Common Carrier Motor Freight. We will contact you via the email address given in your order information if your order is shipped via Common Carrier Motor Freight. Make sure your email program will accept these emails from us. Go to the Contact Us page for our email address. Sorry but tracking information is not available for Common Carrier Motor Freight shipments.

Due to the high shipping cost, country tariffs, credit card theft and customer complaints about shipping cost we no longer ship outside the USA.

Merchandise purchases:

Due to the seasonal nature of our Christmas merchandise;
Purchases made after December 1st, can not be returned for refunds, credit, or exchanges.  
All after Christmas special items shipped are final.

All returns including refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

• Due to seasonal product availability partial orders may be shipped on sale merchandise. You will not be charged for items not shipped.
• Sorry, there are no rain checks or backorders issued on the specials merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise:

If you receive damaged merchandise do not throw the box or packing away.

In the event of a damaged parcel box and it’s contents, you must contact the shipper for their damaged freight shipment procedures.

Any other damaged merchandise must be reported to us within a 3-day period of the receipt of your shipment: Telephone 281-580-1300 or e-mail

Please include the following information with your request:

• The invoice number.
• The item(s) description.
• The quantity damaged.
• A description of the damage.
• Was the shipping box damaged?

After review we will then issue the appropriate damage control procedure.

Return Policy:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Christmas-decorations-gifts-store.com. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply e-mail your request for a return authorization number including the item(s) in question, and the reason for the return within 2 days of the delivery date to:

Please include the following information with your request:

• Name on the invoice bill.
• Invoice bill number.
• Your name.
• Your daytime telephone number.
• Reason for the return or exchange.

All returned merchandise must include:

• The return authorization number issued by Christmas-decorations-gifts-store.com. Packages without a return authorization number will be refused and returned back to the customer.
• Returned in the original packaging box.
• Returned to us freight prepaid and insured. Since we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, we recommend insuring the parcel for the product replacement value, and shipping it via a traceable method.
• Reason for the return.

Unauthorized returns sent to us without a return authorization number will be refused and returned back to the customer, at the customers expense.

Credits and Exchanges:

Credits and Exchanges are usually processed within 10 days (During December it may take up to 30 days) of receipt of authorized return merchandise. Credits or refunds will not be issued without the proper return authorization number.
